I wanted a select custom color Tiger 800 which I found and configured from the main Triumph website (build a bike). Cody (Sales) went above and beyond and found the only bike in the state at a Miami Triumph dealer. He negotiated a price which was fair and got the bike I wanted. Cody was professional and aggressive in his desire to fulfill my needs. I already have some aftermarket parts ordered which these folks will put on my bike. Great place to commune everybody in the place sincerely loves bikes theyre not just looking to push a sale on you. Highly recommend them.

Purchased a 2016 KTM Superduke GT easiest purchase ever very laid back. Same with purchasing accessories for the bike. It's an hour and 30 minute trip. I will make the trip rather than go to the dealer thats 20 minutes away. The thing I like is all the people that work there are truly motorcycle enthusiast unlike other dealers where the employees are just there because it's a job.

I have purchased several bikes in my lifetime, The last 3 from motorcycle enthusiast...

I have a Triumph dealer just 2 miles from my home in St. Petersburg, I gave them first shot at my purchase which was a Street twin with performance slip on exhaust, panniers, luggage rack in the back, and a bench seat... The savings alone on the add-ons was over $300.

The best part was, I did not haggle the price! ... The other dealer close to my home used a cute little trick of marking up the price over MSRP on accessories, and then promise a 15% discount if you purchase a bike, I wish I could post a picture of my written quote, It almost pushed me away from buying the bike at all.

It was worth the hour drive to Motorcycle Enthusiast to not feel like I was bait in a den of snakes. I need to give a shout out to the service department also - Years ago they helped me out with re-mapping for a performance exhaust system that another dealer just couldn't get right after 2 tries, I was starting to think it was hopeless and considered going back to stock... These guys made it purr!

Just purchased a T100. I browsed the web site for a while a few months and eventually decided to pay a visit when my travel schedule settled down to see about going British. The clutch cable on my 1996 Yamaha Virago 750 broke about a mile away from there store & they had the part in stock & installed it within 15 minutes. I could not have been happier with my experience there. The sales people & mechanics are the best!!!!!! Where else can you pull up to a shop, have them drop everything else to help you out? I have not found any other place around that would do that for anybody!!

How nice it is to deal with honest people. My personal experience was far better than I expected. They quoted a price for repair of my Triumph Speed Triple 1998. They Did the Job and charged me less than quoted. Incredible by today's standards. I'm a very happy customer. I recommend them highly. Oh ya. My bike runs like a champion. NICE! o

I thought I needed new tires. Any other dealer would have sold me tires just to make the sale. David let me know I still had 2000 miles to go on my original tires. It's good to have a dealer that wants to keep your business, not take advantage of you. I use Motorcycle Enthusiasts for all of my motorcycle's needs.

Great price, but more than that; Great people that know the product! This purchase was our third KTM in three months; the other two were from another dealer. I will be conducting my future business through MC Enthusiasts and no other; it was worth the travel! Keep up the good customer service.
